Full time/Year Round Line Cook:

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality and presentation, following our menu and recipes.
• Station Management: Efficiently manage your assigned station during service, ensuring timely and accurate dish preparation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations, communicating effectively to meet service needs.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly following health and sanitation standards.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and responsive to menu changes, special requests, and peak service times.

• Culinary Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for cooking and hospitality, with a desire to learn and grow in a culinary career.
• Experience: 3-5 years line cooking in a high volume, fast paced kitchen is preferred
• Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety standards and practices.
